Ingredients
8 pieces of chicken meat
1 onion
three or four cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons vinegar
oil
thyme
3 bay leaves
red pepper flakes
ketchup
salt
black pepper
Directions
Eight pieces of chicken in a pyrex overall index. Finely chopped onion in a pot with oil, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaves, red pepper and ketchup thoroughly with one and a half cups of water to boil.
This mixture is poured over the chickens, cover with aluminum foil. Sixty minutes of moderate and cook in the oven.
